A Quiet Day with Grandpa

Today Grandpa picked me up in his old truck. We drove to a quiet river with our fishing poles.

We did not catch a single fish all morning. Grandpa said that is not the point of fishing.

We ate peanut butter sandwich on the riverbank and watched tiny silver fish swim by. It was the quietest, happiest day.
