Revising the Employee Handbook

HR completed the first full revision of the employee handbook since 2022. The document swelled from 74 to 92 pages.

Updates reflect new parental leave policies, clarified remote work guidelines, and a rewritten section on professional conduct that aligns with current employment law.

The legal review flagged seven clauses requiring modification to comply with two recent state-level labor updates. All changes were accepted.

The handbook will be distributed electronically with a mandatory acknowledgement form. Managers receive a summary deck highlighting the top ten changes employees are most likely to notice.
