HR completed the first full of the employee handbook since 2022. The document swelled from 74 to 92 pages.

Updates reflect new parental leave policies, clarified remote work guidelines, and a rewritten section on professional that aligns with current employment law.

The legal review flagged seven clauses requiring to comply with two recent state-level labor updates. All changes were accepted.
