Our Family Camping Trip

Last summer my family drove to the mountains for our first camping trip. We set up a big green tent near a quiet lake.

At night Dad built a small fire. We roasted marshmallow on long sticks until they turned golden brown.

I slept in a warm sleeping bag. Outside our tent, the stars were brighter than any light in the city.
