Over the past decade, the way people think about work has shifted dramatically. Many companies now offer options — which means employees split their time between the office and home.
A schedule sounds appealing, but it also requires . Not only does it change how we work, but it also changes how we measure success. Teams with strong tend to adapt the fastest.
For some, the daily has become a thing of the past. Others, however, miss the clear boundary that a separate workspace once provided.
Perhaps the real question is not whether we return to the office, but whether we can design a week that feels — for workers and for the planet alike.
