Our annual supply chain audit began at our largest supplier in Vietnam. We reviewed working conditions, raw material sourcing, and carbon accounting.

Most of the findings were positive, but two subcontractors showed gaps. Compliance isn't a checkbox — it's a conversation that must continue long after the audit ends.
