Planning the Executive Offsite

The chief of staff is coordinating a three-day executive in June. Twelve leaders will workshop the 2027 strategic plan.
The agenda balances deep strategic sessions, vendor demos, and unstructured time for conversation. Each leader pre-submits a one-page point of view.
Logistics include a moderate venue budget, dietary accommodations, and a no-phones rule during core working sessions. Evening activities are and non-work.
Past offsites have produced clear strategy artifacts. The measure of success is not the offsite itself but what changes in cadence over the following quarter.
