Rolling Out Diversity Training

Completion rates reached 94% within three weeks, compared to 61% for the old program. Employees rate the experience 4.3 out of 5, citing "practical" as the most common descriptor.

The real measure is behavior, not ratings. HR will track complaint volume, retention, and promotion rates across demographic groups annually to evaluate long-term impact.
