Introducing the Hybrid Work Policy

HR finalized the formal hybrid work after six months of pilot data and employee surveys. Three days in-office, two days remote is the default.
Managers retain discretion to adjust for team-specific needs. Fully remote roles remain available for legacy hires and specific job families.
The policy includes a new home-office stipend of $1,200 per year, along with updated expense guidelines for team days.
Employee reaction so far is positive. The real question is sustainability — does a documented framework hold up when business pressures and preferences inevitably diverge?
