The New Hire Training Week

Eighteen new hires completed their first training week. The cohort is the largest we have onboarded in a single batch in three years.

The curriculum mixes product demos, role-specific deep dives, and peer-mentor pairings. Sessions are recorded so hires can revisit content during their first 90 days on the job.

Feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Two suggestions stood out: more hands-on exercise during product modules and clearer internal tooling walkthroughs.

The talent team will iterate for the next cohort arriving in July. Small improvements compound — early engagement predicts twelve-month retention better than almost any other signal.
