Planning the Office Relocation

The executive team approved the relocation of our headquarters to the downtown innovation district. Move-in is targeted for October.

Facilities is drafting a 90-day plan covering IT migration, employee commute surveys, and staggered move schedule. New desks have been ordered.

Some employees are anxious about longer commutes. HR will offer a transit stipend and a one-time moving allowance for staff relocating their own residences.

The new space is 15% smaller but includes a rooftop cafeteria and dedicated focus rooms. Designers promise productivity will improve — time will deliver the verdict.
